Rachel Auslander is Director of Partnerships & Development for the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF), where she creates and oversees the business development and marketing partnerships strategies for the organization. She is responsible for identifying, securing, and structuring partnerships and sponsorships, as well as driving their cross-functional integration and launch.

Auslander has over 15 years of experience developing relationships to benefit organizational missions and working with a multitude of industries. Before joining RBFF in 2011, Auslander was Development Director for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where she managed staff and volunteers to execute fundraising plans, solicited corporate sponsorships, and managed logistics for large fundraising events.
