Christine Carlson McKone serves as marketing director for Volvo Penta North America where she oversees brand, marketing and communication for the region. She joined Volvo Penta in 2016 and has worked in several capacities within the organization including communications and commercial sales. Her experience spans more than 15 years in the areas of strategic communication, media and analyst relations, content creation, event planning and digital marketing.

Christine is active in both the industry and the local community, including organizations such as Sea Tow Foundation Boating Safety Advisory Committee, Marine Marketers of America, Junior League of Norfolk-VA Beach and Seton Youth Shelter’s Children of Prisoners Mentorship Program. She was named to Boating Industry’s 40 under 40 in 2019 and the Virginian Pilot’s 40 under 40 in 2020.
